Drafter Cum Designer

About the role

Job Description -Draft detailed scale plans for M&E, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data. -Obtain and assemble data to complete designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary. -Develop detailed design drawings and specifications, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment. -Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs, procedures and instructions to be followed. -Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for equipment and systems, using computer-assisted equipment. -Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies. - Other duties as assigned Requirement -Preferably with Diploma/ Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering/ Intelligent Building Technology/ Quantity Surveying; Fresh Graduates are welcomed. -Candidates without the necessary academic qualifications will also be considered based on project references. -Confidence and Assertiveness with high degree of initiative and interpersonal skills. -Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in the construction of M&E or ACMV projects Interested candidates are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume, via the APPLY NOW button below or send the resume to recruit@kion.com.sg
