  • Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiations, conflict management/resolution and presentation skills

SHN has an exciting opportunity for you! The Patient Care Coordinator will provide leadership and expertise to clinical programs and services in the Specialty Clinic. The Patient Care Coordinator will liaise with CPS, inpatient teams, surgeons and Surgical Clinics. The goal of this role is to facilitate and promote clinical effectiveness for efficient patient care.
