Responsibilities
- Leading small to mid-scale projects within the Operations & Supply area, from concept to implementation

- Our requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or a similar field (other educational backgrounds are also welcome with relevant experience)
- 3+ years of experience in technical specification and acquisition of production equipment
- Experience in Technical Project Management and project planning/execution
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes and how they interlink (big-picture thinking)
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing technologies (e.g. drilling/milling, moulding, painting)
- Basic understanding of machine safety and the Machinery Directive
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and willingness to travel for business purposes (up to X days per year)
- CAD experience, preferably with mould design/construction will be beneficial
- Availability for business travel (approx. 40-50 days per year)
