Responsibilities
- Customer & Account Support
- Provide on-site technical support for assigned pulp & paper and industrial accounts

- Equipment & Systems Support
- Maintain and troubleshoot chemical feed systems, dosing equipment, and monitoring instrumentation
- Ensure proper calibration, operation, and reliability of all installed systems
- Support installation and startup of new equipment or program changes
- Data, Reporting & Commercial Support
- Maintain detailed service reports, inventory tracking, and account documentation
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and internal sales teams
- Support Account Managers by identifying growth opportunities and value-add solutions within existing accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field (preferred)
- 3-5+ years of experience in: Industrial water treatment, pulp & paper, or related process industries
- Strong knowledge of: Chemical treatment programs
- Plant operations / process systems
- Hands-on troubleshooting and field-service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

- The expected compensation range for this position is between $77,270.00 and $113,322.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
