Job Description Essential Responsibilities Process Transformation & FLIGHT DECK Leadership Lead transformation of critical FVL business processes using FLIGHT DECK principles, process rigor, and continuous improvement methods. Partner with process owners and business leaders to identify priority opportunities, map current-state workflows, define future-state processes, and implement sustainable improvements. Conduct value stream analysis to identify waste, reduce complexity, and improve execution effectiveness. Establish operating mechanisms, ownership, and performance measures to ensure improvements are sustained over time. AI, Digital & Data Enablement Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions to improve FVL execution and decision-making. Partner with DT and business stakeholders to improve the data fabric / trusted data foundation needed to enable scalable analytics and AI solutions.
