Build and lead a comprehensive security function covering physical, corporate, information, and personnel security. Establish unified standards, ensure effective risk management, and develop a scalable security system aligned with international practices. Build and lead the end-to-end security function (physical, corporate, information, personnel). Conduct security risk assessments and develop the company risk map. Design and implement security policies, procedures, and access control systems. Establish and oversee incident response and crisis management processes. Ensure protection of critical assets, data, and confidential information. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct due diligence. Build, manage, and develop the security team, including budgeting and KPIs. Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, leadership) on security and investigations. Provide regular reporting on risks, incidents, and security performance. 5+ years of experience in corporate or industrial security. Proven experience in building or transforming security functions. Team management experience. Strong understanding of physical and information security principles. Experience in risk management and incident response. Experience working in regulated environments. Experience interacting with government or regulatory authorities. Upper-Intermediate English level or higher. Willingness to relocate to Kyiv in case Kyiv is not the homebase.
