We're looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Group Benefits Plan Design Services Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit. On the job you will: Coordinate the setup and amendments of various systems and applications to ensure seamless operation. Create and maintain essential client documents, including contracts and booklets, to support business needs. Manage client coding to ensure accurate billing invoices and estimates, enhancing financial accuracy. Configure systems to support claims adjudication and drug card generation, ensuring efficient processing. Prepare and maintain access setups for company websites and mobile applications and respond to inquiries from Plan Administrators and stakeholders. Required Qualifications: With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 95%
