Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Performance
  • Develop, launch, and manage multi-platform digital campaigns across Google Ads (SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.), Social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.), and Programmatic (DV360).
  • Own end-to-end campaign setup on the platforms, ensuring zero errors, from trafficking creatives to pre-launch QA.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns - pacing, performance, and budget management across all active platforms.
  • Manage multichannel programmatic campaigns (desktop, mobile, video); troubleshoot delivery and performance issues proactively.
  • Lead A/B testing across ad creative, placement, landing page, and post-conversion touchpoints.
  • Meticulous attention to detail - campaigns trafficking correctly, pacing data accurately, QAs thorough before every launch.
  • Proactive problem solver - use platform knowledge to propose solutions at every stage of campaign execution.
  • Reporting, Insights & Strategy
  • Conduct full campaign analysis - performance, optimisations, issues - and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Deliver structured weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports: top-level metrics first, breakdowns second, observations and strategic recommendations always included.
  • Build data visualisations and reporting frameworks that help clients make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and investment recommendations in alignment with client objectives.
  • Clear, technical understanding of KPIs, formulas, and the interrelations between performance factors, able to explain any metric to any audience.
  • Analyse large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and present data in a way that drives client decision-making. Understand what story the data is telling and extrapolate quantitative findings into valuable, client-ready learnings.
  • Think strategically about complex, multi-platform issues - formulate recommendations that drive measurable ROI.
  • Client & Team Collaboration
  • Partner with onshore client teams to deliver media recommendations and optimisation strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead and contribute to client-facing and internal calls - presenting data clearly, handling questions confidently, and driving next steps.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills - fluent in English, professional and concise in all written and verbal communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media technology, buying platforms, and analytic tools.
  • What We Need :
  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Google Ads, Social, and Programmatic, with strong platform proficiency across SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, Meta, DV360, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with ad servers (CM360) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must-have
  • Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable speaking about and presenting data to clients
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team and confidently present data insights to clients.
  • Think strategically about complex issues, formulating recommendations that drive high ROI.
  • Be proactive, disciplined, organized, and highly motivated to excel.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong analytical skills and a demonstrably successful track record.
