Senior Software Engineer- Carbyne

Responsibilities

• You are going to play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our complex and life-saving critical communication systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless, super-reliable, and scalable communication solutions that support our rapid expansion.
• Here's what you'll be working on:
• Develop an emergency 911 eco-system
• Design, develop and maintain highly resilient services with fault-tolerant and self-healing functionalities
• Build modern, complex Web Apps and UI components.
• Develop our solution across global regions to provide any person in the world the ability to contact emergency services as quickly and effectively as possible
• Enable Carbyne's business growth by opening up the system to business partners
• Explore opportunities to apply AI technologies to 911 emergency communications
• What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Backend Development, with a focus on Microservices (Experience in Scala is a plus, but we welcome expertise in any backend technology).
• Experience with cloud-based development, especially AWS- Advantage.
• Experience in Frontend Development ( We use Angular but we welcome any other language)- Advantage.
• Skilled in creating RESTful APIs.
• Proactive /"Can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
