Requirements

- Familiarity with ERP systems Oracle Fusion (preferred but not essential)
- Role Purpose / Key Accountabilities
- Execute accounting processes, including multi‑period accounting, auto‑reversal runs, receipt accounting, lease accounting, and revaluation runs
- Validate key P&L expenses, elevate them for consideration of improvements, initiate processing changes where needed, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Process payroll payment external transactions in excel templates, including salaries, taxes, and benefits, and upload them to the CM module after review
- Investigate intercompany (ICP) variances to identify root causes and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate exceptions highlighted in reports, determine root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Own end‑to‑end balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
- Ensure reconciliation reports are signed off, saved, and maintained as audit trails to support compliance and transparency
- Prepare indirect tax return workings and reconcile balances with the General Ledger and subledgers, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations
- Support audit requests by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and clarifying queries, while coordinating with auditors to ensure statutory compliance
- Apply ERP functionality effectively to enhance process accuracy and efficiency while promoting system adoption through knowledge sharing and team support
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively learning ERP features, expanding accounting knowledge, and applying new skills effectively
- Seek constructive feedback to foster continuous professional growth
- Collaborate with functional teams to resolve discrepancies and errors, ensuring smooth financial operation.
