Set up and service meeting rooms with refreshments, working lunches, and hospitality requirements. Support catering for meetings, conferences, client events, and internal functions. Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to company standards. Operate retail catering outlets, coffee bars, or grab-and-go services. Process customer transactions and provide excellent customer service. Replenish food, beverage, and retail displays, ensuring products are well presented and fully stocked. Receive, check, and store deliveries, rotating stock as required. Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, hospitality areas, retail spaces, and equipment. Clear and reset meeting rooms and service areas promptly. Follow all food safety, allergen, health and safety, and company procedures. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
