- Excellent organizational habits and reliable, structured record-keeping.
- Comfortable working hands-on with chemicals and laboratory equipment.
- A collaborative attitude and an eagerness to learn from scientists and senior team members.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in a lab environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safely lift/move lab materials (up to 30 lbs).
- Any prior lab experience, whether formal or informal (school chemistry labs, maker spaces, or hands-on hobby projects).
- Familiarity with basic lab safety practices (GHS labeling, Safety Data Sheets [SDS], and PPE).
- Prior exposure to or hobbyist experience with 3D printing.

This is an entry-level role built for someone who wants to learn the fundamentals of polymer formulation and materials testing in a fast-moving additive manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with our scientists day-to-day, helping move formulation projects forward while keeping our lab running smoothly and safely. This role is onsite 5 days per week at our Sunnyvale, CA location. This role is not eligible for relocation, nor eligible for current Visa sponsorship.
