Responsibilities

  • Lead all back-office operations, including payments, settlements, reconciliations, and bank account administration
  • Drive the optimisation and centralisatioon of the Back-office activities, including centralisation of Bank accounts and effective management of bank mandates

  • Lead, develop, and mentor the back-office team, setting clear roles, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Act as a key stakeholder interface with banks, auditors, Finance, and senior leadership

Requirements

  • Strong background in treasury operations, payments, settlements, and cash management
  • Experience with TMS and ERP platforms (e.g. Kyriba, SAP, Workday)
  • Deep understanding of financial controls, audit, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving process improvement
  • Comfortable operating in complex, multi-entity environments
