Location: 27 Ubi Crescent Singapore 408581 Working Days: 6 days, Monday - Sunday Working hours : Retail hours & Able to commit working on Fri - Sun & PHs) Off 5 day per month (Rostered off) Monday to Friday - 10.30am to 8.30pm Saturday, Sunday & PH - 10.00am to 7.00pm Salary: $1.5K - $1.8K, Gross 2.5k Job Requirement Formal Education & Certification Certificate in any discipline Knowledge & Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the retail and service beauty industry Job Scope The essential responsibilities of the Hair Therapist include: Assist Consultants in providing services to clients such as scalp/hair treatments, shampooing, blow dry styling, chemical treatments and processes. Maintains safety standards and environment cleanliness Update Sales Consultants of customers' scalp and hair condition for follow up. Emphasizes product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs Communicate with customers while delivering treatments on the treatment steps, benefits and products Maintains a consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients Attends and participates in continuing education on upgrading treatment techniques. Provide relevant support when necessary, e.g., attending external events, workshops, road shows, fashion and hair shows, etc. Carry out duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
