Emplify by Gundersen Health is seeking a motivated individual with strong phone etiquette, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional customer service. The Scheduling Specialist works directly with patients and is responsible for accurately scheduling appointments. What's Available: 0.9 FTE (36 hours weekly), Full-time Shift: Monday-Friday, hours typically between 7am-4:30 pm Location: La Crosse, WI for training and on-site days Hybrid eligible after on-site training (Approximately 1-2 day on-site required per week after training) Department: Cardiotesting (Cardiology)- specifically scheduling for cardiac testing departments and exercise physiology
