  • Demonstrated success in reaching monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, engaging technology environment, with the ability to work flexibly across a range of responsibilities.
  • Third level qualification in a related discipline.
  • Strong work ethic and a 'Can Do' attitude along with a self-starter mentality

Job Summary The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for inbound and outbound sales prospecting, initiating the follow-up and first outreach with potential customers. Inbound sales activities will take precedence over outbound in this specific role. They will conduct cold calls, follow up via email using Sales Enablement technology and using social selling to help book meetings. BDR's will also take the first high-level exploratory call with prospects and pass qualified opportunities to the Enterprise Sales team using BANT methodology. They will be responsible for expanding our customer base by using prospecting strategies and technology to identify new opportunities. Business Development Representative's will work closely with Account Executives and enjoy working with cross functional teams, especially Marketing, Sales Operations and Product. They will report to the Business Development Manager.
