About the role
Handle full set of purchase support including purchase orders, purchase invoices to ensure smooth operation of the team; Handle sales support including sales orders, sales invoices to ensure smooth operation of the team; Provide customer services to customers including claims enquiries in an efficient manner; Liaise with internal and external parties to perform daily operation from order processing to delivery and logistic arrangement; Handle full set of import & export documents for customs clearance; Maintain partnership and liaise all logistics related issues with headquarter, departments, forwarders, suppliers and factories in China Preparing month end closing reports including inventory report, SO/PO reports, outstanding report.
