Responsibilities
- Plan and organize tasks to execute Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS) and arising corrective maintenance (CM) task
- Ensure work tasks carried out on time to minimize downtime to meet contractual performance indicators
- Ensure work tasks are carried out in safe manner and manage risk
- Manage the well-being of the team to support day-to-day operations
- Training of the team to ensure team competency to carry out required task
- Manage spares and materials used in performing the PMS and CM task
- Liaise with customers on day-to-day issues and provide customer support service

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering
- More than 7 years of working experience in marine / mechanical workshop servicing environment, with at least 3 years in managerial position
- Able to manage a team of up to 7 Assistant Engineers / Engineers and 20 workers
- Knowledge of marine systems /mechanical /electrical systems /equipment operation
- Knowledge of ships systems is an added advantage
- Possess man-management skills such as coaching, supervision and counselling
- Possess a mindset that is structured, organized and analytical
- Able to occasionally work on weekends , public holidays, subject to unplanned recalls / activations

- Location: Gul Base
- 5 Days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
