Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Flow Control sales organization to achieve business targets through direct customer engagement and distributor-based sales .

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in Flow Control, with proven leadership or management experience; experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience working with indirect sales models , including distributors or channel partners.
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners in complex business environments.
- A customer-centric mindset and passion for applying world-class technology and lifecycle solutions to create customer value.
- Knowledge of customer processes and/or valve and flow control technologies is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
- Eligible for local employment in Thailand (no work permit required).
