- Essential Skills
- Extensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting in production / managed services environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in: OTBI
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- Good understanding of Oracle ERP and HCM functional processes , including Finance, HCM, Procurement, and SCM domains
- Strong knowledge of background technical data dictionaries , table structures, relationships, and subject areas across ERP and HCM modules
- Advanced skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL concepts , including data analysis, validation, and reconciliation
- Experience designing scalable, high‑performance reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance requirements in cloud reporting environments
- Ability to translate functional reporting needs into supportable, reusable technical solutions
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced managed services environment , adapting to changing priorities
