Responsibilities

- Gather needs and expectations to ensure the relevance and enrichment of the Group service catalog (Blueprint).
- Extend your management of APAC teams to create synergies between countries, ensure stakeholder alignment, anticipate their needs, prevent out-of-process initiatives, and ultimately create maximum value based on the reuse of skills and experiences.
- Work with Functional Domain Managers to ensure the consistency of the APAC organization and solutions with business needs.
- Within the APAC organization, participate in sharing communities and, where applicable, "Design Communities / Authorities."
- Participate in governance bodies for your perimeter and LVMH Beauty Tech, as well as project committees.
- WHO ARE YOU?
- You have at least 15 years of experience, including 10 years in managing Tech project portfolios and their budgets.
- You possess solid experience in digital transformation management.
- You have excellent knowledge of existing ERP, CRM, e-commerce, data, and digital solutions on the market.
- You have a strong understanding of business and technological challenges in the luxury perfume and cosmetics market.
- You have the ability to adopt a strategic approach while maintaining a pragmatic view on Tech challenges and implementation constraints.
- You are recognized for your leadership, communication skills, and your ability to lead projects, develop, and unite teams.
- You have a strong business acumen, are results-oriented, and possess the ability to build trust with your stakeholders.
- You are proactive, productive, and capable of proposing innovative initiatives.
