Chief Information Officer, APAC

Responsibilities

• Finally, you will be in charge of driving Tech transformation, promoting the Beauty Division's Tech strategy and our services through a co-construction approach with operational entities, and enhancing Operational Excellence.
• YOUR ROLE
• Ensure strong partnership with internal clients:
• Act as the primary point of contact and representative for LVMH Beauty Tech within your perimeter.
• Ensure sound Tech investments and convergence for your perimeter:
• Measure and monitor business performance data.
• Oversee and consolidate Tech budgets and costs for your perimeter.
• Provide guidance on optimizing Tech expenditures for your perimeter with full transparency.
• Track all projects and report on their status.
• Drive innovation and deliver added value by proactively proposing creative solutions.
• Understand claims and points of tension on projects, and suggest alternatives.
• Promote LVMH Beauty Tech services:
• Promote and effectively position relevant services within your perimeter, based on the LVMH Beauty Tech service catalog.
• Support the APAC Region in understanding the added value of these comprehensive services.
• Adopt a "Glocal" approach, proposing and participating in technology choices for projects.
• Gather needs and expectations to ensure the relevance and enrichment of the Group service catalog (Blueprint).
• Extend your management of APAC teams to create synergies between countries, ensure stakeholder alignment, anticipate their needs, prevent out-of-process initiatives, and ultimately create maximum value based on the reuse of skills and experiences.
• Work with Functional Domain Managers to ensure the consistency of the APAC organization and solutions with business needs.
• Within the APAC organization, participate in sharing communities and, where applicable, "Design Communities / Authorities."
• Participate in governance bodies for your perimeter and LVMH Beauty Tech, as well as project committees.
• WHO ARE YOU?
• You have at least 15 years of experience, including 10 years in managing Tech project portfolios and their budgets.
• You possess solid experience in digital transformation management.
• You have excellent knowledge of existing ERP, CRM, e-commerce, data, and digital solutions on the market.
• You have a strong understanding of business and technological challenges in the luxury perfume and cosmetics market.
• You have the ability to adopt a strategic approach while maintaining a pragmatic view on Tech challenges and implementation constraints.
• You are recognized for your leadership, communication skills, and your ability to lead projects, develop, and unite teams.
• You have a strong business acumen, are results-oriented, and possess the ability to build trust with your stakeholders.
• You are proactive, productive, and capable of proposing innovative initiatives.

OUR CONTEXT LVMH Beauty Tech, as the mutualized Tech Department responsible for managing all Information Systems for the Beauty Division's Maisons within the LVMH Group across its international footprint (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo, Make Up For Ever, Acqua Di Parma, Loewe, Benefit, Fresh, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Fenty, KVD Beauty, Olehenriksen, Officine Universelle Buly).
