Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and company resources.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and operational performance.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and management updates.
• Lead and supervise operational teams to achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or manpower services will be an advantage.
