With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation. Oliv.ai is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads for B2B SaaS. This role is focused on owning the full Google Ads lifecycle: from keyword and competitor research to campaign setup, optimization, analytics, and pipeline impact. This is not a brand marketing or strategy-only role. We need someone who can get into the account, run experiments, analyze performance, and continuously improve campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Google Ads execution for Oliv.ai.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market research for B2B SaaS campaigns.
- Launch and manage Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Write and test ad copy, landing page angles, and campaign messaging.
- Track performance across leads, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI.
- Work closely with Sales and RevOps to understand lead quality and improve targeting.
- Set up, monitor, and improve conversion tracking, GA4, and campaign reporting.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through bid strategy, keyword pruning, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong, proven expertise in Google Ads.
- Must have experience marketing B2B SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, CPL, CAC, and pipeline metrics.
- Comfortable with analytics, reporting, experimentation, and optimization.
- Ability to work independently and move fast in a startup environment.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot/Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
- A practical, execution-focused marketer who knows how to turn Google Ads into qualified B2B SaaS pipeline, not just clicks or impressions.
