About the role

ROLE OF THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE Responsible to secure donations and identify new opportunities NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORK Maintain relationships with volunteers and communities, government agencies. Work with Programme Department to ensure programmes are of appropriate quality and resources are used effectively. Maintain an up-to-date database of community partners. Demonstrate a proven ability to achieve fundraising targets through donor acquisition, donor retention and successful fundraising campaigns. Leverage existing networks and relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, community groups and other stakeholders to support fundraising objectives. Showcase experience in planning, executing and evaluating fundraising initiatives, with the ability to present measurable outcomes and impact. Contribute fundraising ideas and strategies based on prior experience and industry best practices to strengthen donor engagement and revenue generation. Maintain a portfolio of donor engagement and fundraising achievements, including campaign results, donor retention outcomes and partnership development successes. Cultivate and manage donor relationships for a shared vision and continued support for the charity. Assist to liaise with corporate companies, external vendors, and collaborators on fundraising, marketing and Public Relation campaigns. Proactively seek out and build relationships with existing donors through consistent, sustained and valuable engagement to maintain donor loyalty and conversion. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Education, Training and Experience Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration/Marketing. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field. Possess track record in fundraising, marketing or sales. 2.
