Responsibilities

  • Plan Design & Optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales incentive management, sales operations, or commercial excellence is a must
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools
  • Experience in electrical industry or complex B2B sales environments preferred
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change
  • Fluent in English; other EMEA languages a plus
  • Great learning and listening ability
  • Leading changes
  • Ability to work in a highly international environment / in virtual teams / in a matrix organization
  • Ability to think and act strategically
  • Must be strongly customer-oriented
  • Good written & oral communications skills
