Job Title: Legal Counsel - Energy, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Salary: SGD $100,000 - SGD $130,000 Job Location: Singapore Job Type: Permanent Posted: 23rd June 2026 This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing renewable energy platform, supporting the development, construction, operation, and commercial activities of energy and infrastructure projects across the region. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of legal and commercial agreements across the business, including project development agreements, commercial and industrial (C&I) contracts, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreements, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts. This position is ideal for a qualified legal professional with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), gained within a reputable law firm and/or a relevant in-house legal environment. Candidates should possess strong legal drafting, contract review, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a commercially minded and practical approach to problem-solving. Experience in areas such as corporate and M&A transactions, commercial contracts, construction, infrastructure projects, disputes, or related practice areas will be advantageous. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced business environment.
