- Support debug, coverage closure, and complex design challenges

- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing
- Required:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of ASIC design experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead / Manager
- Strong expertise in digital design and verification methodologies
- Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Experience with EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics)
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of ASIC design flows and micro-architecture
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities
- Experience with PPA optimization
- Leadership Skills:
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
