Role Overview We are looking for an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of the Techstars Tokyo Accelerator program. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tokyo. You will work closely with the Program Manager and the broader Techstars team to ensure smooth program operations, excellent participant experience, and strong coordination across founders, mentors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
