Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the WATERFRONT LOGISTICS DIVISION, MODERNIZATION AND INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing integrated logistics management for the acquisition or integrated product support of equipment, material, products, goods or services in support of a surface warfare program. Examples of qualifying experience may include: Resolving complex programmatic, financial, technical, and logistics risks/problems impacting installation and modernization of systems and equipment, applying knowledge in Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, and utilizing written and oral communication to lead geographically separated teams.
