Job Summary: Support the Director, Customer Value Growth & Agency Activation, in driving business planning, performance management and governance for the department, while coordinating strategic planning, budgeting and executive reporting across the Customer, Marketing & Product division. The role ensures effective planning, performance tracking and cross-functional coordination to support the successful delivery of divisional priorities. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordinate business planning and performance management for the Customer Value Growth & Agency Activation department, while supporting the annual strategic planning process across the Customer, Marketing & Product division. Coordinate the annual budgeting process for the Customer, Marketing & Product division, including budget consolidation, tracking, forecasting and monitoring of expenditure against approved budgets. Monitor departmental and divisional KPIs, strategic initiatives and business performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Prepare and consolidate business updates, dashboards and presentations for ExCo, Board, Group and management meetings. Coordinate monthly business reviews and follow up on key action items to ensure timely execution of strategic priorities across the division. Drive continuous improvement in business planning, reporting and governance processes to enhance operational effectiveness and execution discipline. Support ad hoc strategic projects, business reviews and initiatives assigned by the and Director, Customer Value Growth & Agency Activation and chief Customer, Marketing and Product Officer JOB SPECIFICATION : Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. 8-10 years of experience in business planning, strategy, commercial planning, performance management, PMO or a related function. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong business planning and project coordination skills. Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret business performance and identify key insights. Strong presentation development and executive reporting skills. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience developing dashboards and management reports Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
