The R&D Engineering Technician provides critical hands-on support across build activities, process support, and selected logistics/inventory activities, enabling New Product Development and R&D startup activities. The position works closely with R&D Engineers to ensure efficient execution, strong system discipline, and readiness for qualification, scale-up, and launch within regulated semiconductor environments This position reports to the R&D Supervisor and is part of the Global R&D organization located in Singapore. This is an onsite role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support product qualification, validation, and launch documentation with accurate and timely completion of build, test, and process records. Perform preliminary troubleshooting of machines and equipment to support continuous operations. Support selected logistics and inventory activities such as material receiving, issuance to R&D users, and housekeeping activities The essential requirements of the job include: Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Engineering, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, welding, warehouse operations, or technical support roles, preferably in an R&D or manufacturing environment. Flexibly support finished goods or cleaning-related processes during peak workload periods or shifting project priorities.
