Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Locum Adult Social Worker to join its client's Neighbourhood Team based in Bolton. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Conducting Assessments and Care Planning: Carry out strength-based assessments of adults in the community to determine care needs, risks, and eligibility for support under the Care Act 2014. Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults: Respond to safeguarding concerns, investigate allegations of abuse or neglect, and coordinate protection plans in line with statutory guidance. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with health professionals, housing teams, voluntary organisations, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated support and improve outcomes. Promoting Independence and Wellbeing: Support individuals to access services, manage risks, and maintain independence-often through direct work, advocacy, and enabling access to community resources.
