Responsibilities

  • Provide vendor management support across a portfolio of third parties:
  • Contract Governance: Support contract and SLA compliance through monitoring, documentation, and escalation of gaps.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track vendor performance, service volumes, and expenses; analyze trends and provide insights to support improvements.

  • Process Documentation & Improvement: Maintain procedures and identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and controls.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of vendor management, operations, or related experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools
  • Ability to learn systems and processes quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • Familiarity with vendor management frameworks, policies, or systems
  • Exposure to third-party risk management or procurement processes
  • Experience in financial services or operations environments
  • Familiarity with postal, shipping, or carrier operations (e.g., USPS, UPS)
  • Experience supporting performance reporting, dashboarding, or process improvement initiatives
