About the role

Make an impact while you learn. The Semester of Service Program gives students a volunteer, project-based opportunity to support real Federal missions, gaining hands-on experience and career-ready skills. Students must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited institution with permission to participate. In this project, you'll support a data based project. Applicants will be considered based on their knowledge, skills or abilities related to project needs. Specifically, applicants should demonstrate: Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is preferred. Ability to manage multiple assignments, projects and/or initiatives. Make recommendations on data findings and solutions for program improvement. Ability to analyze data and information. Ability to communicate with others and make presentations. Ability to organize a variety of assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
