Job Responsibilities - Manage the full employee lifecycle, includingrecruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding. - Administer payroll inputs, leave, attendance,overtime, and employee benefits. - Handle work pass applications, renewals,cancellations, and liaise with MOM. - Maintain accurate employee records and HRdocumentation. - Ensure compliance with the Singapore EmploymentAct and company HR policies. - Prepare employment contracts, letters, reports,and other HR-related documents. - Support employee engagement, training, andperformance management activities. - Perform other HR duties and projects asassigned.
