Public Relations Officer Cum Drafter

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update technical drawings, shop drawing using AutoCad or relevant drafting software.
• Assist the project team with project coordination, documentation and submission to consultants/authorities.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to update drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings and project records.
• Ensure drawings are updated according to site conditions and project progress

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Construction, Drafting or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction drafting or project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Understanding of construction drawings and site coordination.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Working Locations: Pasir Ris
• Working hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
• (Alternate Saturday): 8am to 12:30pm
