Key Duties and Responsibilities: Enter new clients and applicable information accurately into all systems Maintain records and edit client information as requested Manage walk in, phone, and e-mail traffic of customer service inquiries Coordinate with other departments based on customer inquiries Process cash, cheques, or electronic payments and batch out each day Assist with labour tasks around the yard Loading/unloading fuel trucks
