Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of Naval Weapons Station Yorktown. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Solving complex business problems that subordinate supervisors and employees encounter; 2) Implementing ways to eliminate or reduce significant bottlenecks and barriers to production and improve business practices; 3) Providing coordination for the development of facilities project documentation for assigned installation(s); 4) Overseeing work management processes of receiving, inducting, reviewing, planning, assigning, and executing customer work requirements for facilities programs; 5) formulating and executing budget requirements within government accounting rules and regulations.
