Job Purpose: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Integrate consumer insights and communication guidelines into campaign development. Creative Asset Production: Responsible for the development and production of creative assets for ATL and BTL channels, including digital advertisements, digital banners, social media content, out-of-home media and other marketing collaterals. Ensure all creative materials adhere to branding standards and relevant advertising guidelines. Utilize creative resource libraries for graphic, web, and templates to support asset creation. Copywriting: Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for all marketing materials across various platforms and channels. Tailor messaging to specific target customer segments to enhance clarity, relevance, and emotional resonance. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all content with regulatory requirements and marketing guidelines. Campaign Execution& Optimization: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, insights, brand and performance marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and utilize insights for future campaign optimization and development.
