Role Overview As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for ensuring all assigned interior community spaces are maintained in a clean, sanitary, and welcoming condition. You help create a positive experience for residents and guests by delivering high quality cleaning services, maintaining supplies and equipment, and supporting the overall appearance and comfort of the property. Clean interior community spaces including offices, fitness centers, community rooms, laundry rooms, restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas. Perform a full range of cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and emptying trash cans. Ensure all cleaning supplies, materials, and consumables are adequately stocked and organized. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure storage areas are neat, safe, and in proper working condition. Observe, document, and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or areas needing repair. Follow all cleaning standards, safety protocols, and company procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Provide friendly and helpful customer service to residents and guests when interacting in shared community spaces.
