POSITION SUMMARY Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently provide customers with the highest level of service. Empower the customers through fragrance matching and fitting, teaching them how to use their VS fragrance. Achieve sales objectives by engaging customers in Fragrance, through cross-selling from Lingerie and recruitment of new customers. Attract new VS Fragrance customers. Express a passion for Fragrances. Inspire customers with expertise on fragrance trends and knowledge. Attend seasonal training seminars and/or digital learning modules.
