Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Leading & managing the production line in assembly on daily basis.
• Precisely execute the planned schedule from planning group on daily basis.
• Ensure and improve product quality to satisfy the customer needs.
• Ensure a decent operation with limited accident on EHS in production line.
• Handle MES & promise system.
• What you will bring along:
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 5 years at Management Level in production/ engineering.
• Basic knowledge of planning on MRP, CRP, & DLP/EHS.
• Assembly & Semiconductor Knowledge
• Good in English reading and writing & ship Mandarin/leader.

Responsible for leading and managing the employees of assembly line and execute the plan/project. Coordinate, communicate and cooperate with other departments (Purchasing, Quality, Facility, EHS...) on date-to-date basis, to achieve the planned revenue, on time delivery, quality, safety, and customer satisfactory.
