Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities related to container and freight transportation
• Liaise with customers, drivers, port operators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of containers
• Prepare and process operational documents, including job orders, delivery schedules, and transport records
• Monitor shipment status and handle operational issues or delays promptly
• Support planning of routes, manpower, and vehicle deployment to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety regulations, and transport requirements
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare basic operational reports for management
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or container operations
• Experience in coordinating transport operations or working with drivers and logistics partners is preferred
• Able to work independently and handle multiple operational tasks
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours when operational needs require
