Responsibilities

  • Drive product adoption through lifecycle marketing

  • Lead test-and-learn strategies to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix
  • Establish and evolve reporting frameworks to measure impact and inform future investment decisions
  • Partner with events teams to extend campaign impact
  • Collaborate with events and field marketing teams to drive registration and attendance for key marketing events at scale through targeted lifecycle campaigns
  • Develop post-event engagement strategies that promote event content and reinforce product value and adoption
  • Lead cross-functional execution and program management
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales and GPO partners to align on strategy and execution
  • Manage programs end-to-end, including planning, asset development, delivery, and optimization
  • Drive prioritization and execution through strong project management and scalable processes
  • Communicate impact and influence stakeholders
  • Synthesize campaign performance, insights, and recommendations into clear, executive-ready updates
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence when presenting progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Leverage market and customer insights
  • Stay current on industry trends, AI advancements, and customer feedback to inform campaign strategy
  • Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve customer outcomes
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to scale personalization, accelerate campaign execution, and improve performance insights

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or equivalent experience AND 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based environment

We're looking for a Scaled Customer Marketing Manager to join our LinkedIn Talent Solutions Marketing organization, developing content and customer-facing programs that engage talent leaders and drive product adoption across our LTS Hiring Portfolio. In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that leverage customer signals and behavioral triggers to accelerate activation and deepen ongoing product usage. You'll shape how product value is brought to life through personalized, customer-centric marketing. You'll partner closely with Product, Data Science, Customer Success, GPO, and cross-functional marketing teams to develop segmentation strategies, translate product capabilities into compelling narratives, and continuously optimize performance through insights and experimentation. This role requires strong end-to-end program ownership, from planning and prioritization to execution and reporting, along with the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, executive-ready communication.
