About the role
This role sits at the intersection of motion design, visual storytelling, and generative AI. You will create compelling creative content across static, motion, and video formats while helping evolve how content is produced, localized, personalized, and scaled globally. In this role you'll get to: Creative Development & Storytelling Develop creative assets for our B2B and B2B2C marketing channels, including social media, PR, display advertising, sales enablement, and digital experiences. Create engaging motion graphics, animations, videos, and visual storytelling content across multiple formats, languages, and platforms. Participate in the full creative process, from ideation and storyboarding through production and final delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives and project requirements into compelling creative solutions. Pitch and present creative concepts, ideas, and executions to managers and key stakeholders. AI-Driven Creative Innovation Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate concept development, storyboarding, image and video generation, editing, adaptation, and production workflows. Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative quality, efficiency, personalization, and scale. Help evolve how content is produced and scaled through the combination of human creativity and AI. Creative Excellence & Operations Deliver top-quality work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standard of craft and brand consistency. Stay current with design trends, platform developments, AI advancements, and emerging creative technologies. What you'll need to succeed: Creative & Motion Design Expertise 5+ years of experience in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Content Creation, Advertising, or a related creative discipline. Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in motion design, visual storytelling, content creation, campaign development, and commercially deployed AI-assisted creative work. Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, motion principles, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling. Proven ability to translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling visual solutions. Creative Technology & AI Advanced proficiency in industry-standard creative tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and related software. Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated imagery and video for commercial marketing applications using platforms such as Runway, Veo, Imagen, Seedance, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, GPT Image, or similar tools. Experience integrating AI into concept development, storyboarding, content generation, asset adaptation, and production workflows. Collaboration & Execution Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of technical constraints across digital platforms and channels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and work effectively across teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in B2B branding or marketing is highly desirable. It's great if you have: Filming, photography, and sound recording experience. Experience with 3D animation, compositing, CGI, or emerging content creation technologies. Experience working within global brands, creative agencies, SaaS businesses, or other high-growth environments, creating content for B2B audiences.
