Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Quality Delivery: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse range of acute and chronic clinical needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and seamless patient experiences.
- Clinical Growth: Actively engage in training to build confidence and expand your clinical scope over time.

Requirements
- Credentials: MD or DO; Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in FM, IM, or OB/GYN.
- Education: Completion of an accredited residency program (or currently in final year).
- Licensure: Active California Medical License (or in-process) and DEA registration; authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clinical Foundation:
- Primary Care: Proficiency in preventive care, annual exams, and managing common acute/chronic conditions.
- Women's Health: Fundamental knowledge of contraception, STI care, and routine gynecological concerns.
- Behavioral Health: Comfortable with mental health screenings and longitudinal follow-up (e.g., anxiety, depression).
- Training & Development

- Clinical Procedures: IUD and Nexplanon insertions.
- Advanced Women's Health: Menopause management and sexual health.

- Clinic Hours (PST)
- 8:00a - 5:30p; 8:00a - 7:00p 1 day/week
- Compensation & Benefits
- Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
- The expected base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $240,000 depending on level and experience.
