Responsibilities
- Client Management
- o Prepare relevant files and account reports for relevant parties prior to meeting with clients.
- o Respond to client queries and attend to issues and requests.
- o Assist with the administrative support of clients' relationships, and liaise with all other Departments when required (operational, administration, investment, legal etc.).
- o Ensure client's records / accounts / investments / market information are current and information updates are timely maintained with relevant accompanying correspondences and meeting reports.

- o Assist in composing replies for CEO's review and approval as and when required.
- o Ensure fit-and-proper requirements are met (e.g. CPD requirements, complete mandatory training etc.) as stipulated by the regulators.
- Provide strong coordination support across respective Investment Teams within the Bank
- Liaison for Stakeholder teams
- o Interface for Risk, Marketing, Compliance, Business Heads, Management Teams, etc both internal and external stakeholders
- o Serve as a liaison between CEO, Management Team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Operational Support
- o Ensure necessary follow-up actions are promptly taken on various operational matters e.g. deficiency and outstanding documentation.
- o Provide efficient day-to-day support (including email inbox management, co-ordination, and other ad hoc tasks).
- o Maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, business travel arrangements.
- o Schedule and organize departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Your profile:
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Management, Economics or Finance.
- Strong understanding of local and regional regulatory climate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the highest professional work ethic and standards.
- Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality and sensitivity of matters.
- Strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness to resolve issues as responsibilities and challenges vary.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- First class presentation and communication skills
- Familiar with AML and compliance requirements within the Private Banking space.
