Job Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets Support daily store operations, merchandising standards, and inventory management in line with brand guidelines Assist customers professionally while resolving service issues and escalating complex matters when necessary Partner with team members to improve selling techniques, customer engagement, and overall store performance Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and brand positioning Ensure compliance with operational procedures across the sales floor and stockroom
