Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day needs of assigned clients and help ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, client service, administrative support, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
