Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
  • Lead and supervise an accounting team (2-3 people), ensuring effective task distribution and professional development.
  • Financial Statements and Reporting:
  • Prepare group consolidation adjustments.

  • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of accounting tools and ERP systems.

  • Propose and execute automation and efficiency initiatives within financial processes.

Requirements

  • Academic Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance (Big 4 experience is a must).
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Mastery of accounting principles: Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP required, US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of group consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations.
  • Proven experience in external or internal audit cycles and statutory reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is a plus
  • Financial analysis skills highly required
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation workflows is highly valued.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Advanced level of English.
